Do you have a heart for missions? Maybe you want to explore the possibility of a career in nonprofit. You may simply be looking for a summer internship and want to make an impact for the Kingdom while doing it. No matter what led you here, we are thankful you’re exploring internship opportunities with us!
Spend your summer with us growing in your professional skills and learning how to leverage your life for the unreached. As an intern, you are an important part of the ministry of East-West. While we value your professional skills and abilities, we also seek like-minded and passionate individuals who feel a deep calling to take the gospel to the unreached and lost. Spend 11 weeks growing both as a professional and as a follower of Jesus.
You can apply at our job board below. If you have specific questions about our internship program, contact [email protected].
Our intern program meets twice a week. During this time, you will work with your specific department and grow in your professional development through projects and individual mentorship. You will also receive weekly group discipleship, where you will gain a perspective of God’s heart for the world and be challenged to tangibly live your life on mission.
Our summer 2024 internship program is 11 weeks long. The 2024 program will start at the end of May and finish in early August.
All of our internships are part-time volunteer positions and unpaid. Our interns are required to work only 16 hours a week so that you may work a part-time job, if needed.
East-West does help connect our interns with housing options for those who live outside of the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
All of our stateside internships are in-person and take place in our home office located in Plano, Texas. In order to give our interns the fullest experience, we require them to work in the office with us for the summer.
