An East-West national partner met Simon in the local marketplace and soon learned he was a taekwondo coach with an interest in the things of God.

The Beginning of Evangelism

The national was invited into Simon’s home to share spiritual truths.

Simon had too many questions to ask in one sitting, so they began meeting regularly to discuss Jesus and the Bible. Soon a friendship flourished and Simon chose to follow Jesus Christ.

Transforming Sports into Evangelism

His story didn’t end there.

Simon continued to grow in his faith and desired to be a spiritual leader in his unreached community. Today, he uses his trade—coaching—to build relationships with his athletes and their families in hopes that God would use him to lead them to Christ.
