NEXT Teams are designed to empower the next generation to lead others to worship God by combining leadership development, evangelism, discipleship, and church planting.
Through these short-term teams, we equip students and adults to discover God’s heart for the world and the unique role they are called to play in His mission.
Your team will help establish local churches through the power of the gospel. Team participants will minister in the community, build relationships with the locals, share the gospel, and immediately connect them to the local church.
We provide leadership training before, during, and after our teams. On the field, your team will engage in high-level, proven leadership training each day that equips all participants to be skilled, missional leaders whenever God leads them.
Our experienced staff will take care of all the details. That includes registration, fundraising resources, airfare contracts, travel insurance, on-field logistics, follow-up materials, and more! You can trust us to effectively lead your team if emergencies arise.

The Catalyst Leadership Experience covers the why and what of God’s mission and how to be a missional leader. Our training has been adapted and used with permission from Lead Well and Perspectives on the World Christian Movement.

Our NEXT Team locations range from accessible areas to restricted access areas and are designed to empower the next generation to engage in leadership development, sharing the gospel, discipleship, and church planting. Teams currently travel to Latin America, Europe, Africa, and South Asia.
