Our time will be filled with stories from the mission field and encouraging devotionals from East-West leadership and frontline missionaries.

Kurt provides leadership and oversight to all worldwide ministry endeavors in the 50+ countries in which East-West currently operates and personally leads short-term mission teams to East-West fields each year.
Kristen Shuler • Executive Vice President of Development
Kristen provides oversight and strategic direction to East-West’s development, marketing, and communications departments. Previously, she served on the mission field across South America.
Stacy Smith • East-West Board Member
Stacy Smith serves on the Board of Directors of East-West and is a partner of SCW Capital and founder of Trinity Investment Group. Stacy has a passion for glorifying God by multiplying followers of Jesus in the spiritually darkest areas of the world.
Please plan on booking travel and lodging on your own. The nearest airport is Glacier Park International Airport in Kalispell, MT (FCA). Lodging and rental cars are going fast as this is a very popular time to visit Whitefish, MT! AirBnB and VRBO have some accommodations available. For rental cars, we recommend that you go ahead and pay in full to guarantee the car as they are having a car shortage.
Stacy Smith is arranging rounds of golf at the Whitefish Lake Golf Club. If you are interested in playing golf on one or both of these days, please let Christy Martinez ([email protected]) know at your earliest convenience and prior to Sept. 15 to guarantee your spot. Please indicate if you need to rent clubs or if you will have your own.
Fly fishing is available through a preferred group called Lakestream Fly Fishing. If you are interested in fly fishing, please plan to make your own arrangements directly with Lakestream. You can contact Lakestream at 406-862-1298 to make arrangements.

If you are interested in joining for any of these exercise classes, please let Christy Martinez ([email protected]) know at your earliest convenience and prior to Sept. 15 to guarantee your spot. Exact dates and times are flexible, so please indicate your preferences for when you would like to participate in one or more of these activities so that we can arrange a group to go together.

If you are interested in joining for this excursion, please let Christy Martinez ([email protected]) know at your earliest convenience and prior to Sept. 15 to guarantee your spot. Exact dates and times are flexible, so please indicate your preferences for when you would like to participate in an excursion to Glacier Park so that we can arrange a group to go together.
