Your Path to Leading Short-Term Teams
Step One:
Taking action to contact us when God calls you to lead a mission team, supply your leader application, and learn how East-West comes alongside you in your calling.
Step Two:
Collecting and evaluating life and leadership experiences for each individual to determine the next steps in the placement of leadership training.
Step Three:
Customizing a leadership plan that provides resources and tools to support evaluated areas of needed growth in the five leadership competencies.
Step Four:
Taking action to complete all necessary pieces of training to be a successful East-West Short-Term Missions Leader.

When God calls you to lead a Mission team with East-West, we want to come alongside you to train and equip you to lead others well.

We will walk with you to discern your God-given leadership qualities to provide needed support.
Step Three:
Providing leaders training for Will provides a customized leadership path that includes topics like security, cross-culture awareness, trip finances, etc.
Step Four:
Taking action to complete all necessary pieces of training to be a successful East-West Short-Term Missions Leader.
