Greece Ministry Project

Over 800,000 people fled their war-torn countries in 2015 and many have arrived in Athens, Greece with hopes of entering Europe. Coming from the Middle East, Central Asia, and North Africa, many of these people have a Muslim upbringing and are completely unreached by the gospel.

East-West has responded to the spiritual needs of these refugees with our Greece Ministry Project, a branch of the Muslim Initiative that we started in 2014.

God has graciously brought the unreached to places we can go, so we’re sending teams of short-term missionaries to Greece to evangelize the lost and find persons of peace. Among those who are coming to faith in Christ, we seek to plant churches through our local ministry partners … sparking a movement of multiplication among the displaced who are searching for hope and comfort that is only found in Jesus.
